Refund Policy

At CG Shortcuts, I strive to offer high-quality memberships and content. Here's how refunds work across different purchase types.

Memberships

Yearly or Lifetime: refund within 14 days of charge, full amount minus $5 admin fee and any transaction fees and currency conversion fees.

Monthly Memberships: non-refundable.

Important notes

  1. No Refunds for Forgetting to Cancel — you are responsible for managing your membership under Account > Membership.
  2. One Refund Limit — one refund per customer regardless of membership type.
  3. No Change of Mind refunds.
  4. 14-Day Limit — requests must be made within 14 days of payment.
  5. Downloads Void Refunds — if you download any project files or member assets, the refund is void.
  6. No Refunds for Financial Changes or Loss of Interest.

Courses

Refund within 14 days of purchase if: no course assets or project files have been downloaded AND fewer than 5 lessons or 25% of the course has been completed.

Full amount minus $5 admin fee and transaction fees.

One refund limit per customer. No change-of-mind refunds. Other-platform purchases ineligible.

Individual File Purchases

All individual file sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

If you have not yet downloaded the file and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, a refund may be issued minus the payment gateway fee and a $5 admin fee.

No refunds are available after a file has been downloaded.

General

Refunds sent to original payment method, may take up to 14 business days.
